My question is, if a patient says she's having headache but has not taken any medication for it, and while you are on drug round you notice paracetamol is in Prn medication, can I administer paracetamol as pt complains of headache?

If a patient is allergic to penicillin and this same drug is prescribed, that means the doctor knows this patient is allergic to penicillin. What would the code be is it a 2 or 6???
