If duration is not given for any drug in implementation chart. Do we need to code it as prescription is incomplete?.
And if in prn medication drug given is salbutamol. Can we directly give salbutamol to patient or do we ask do you want to take salbutamol? Patient is having history of asthma

Hi could you please tell me we need to read all the drug prescriptions even though they are not due at that time. For example if I am supposed to give medicine due at 12 do I need to read medicines due at 6 or 18 ??

Hi mom is it right to break tablet into two and give half to your patient if the available dose is 5mg and prescriber is 2.5mg or you will have to code it

Also, if you forgot to mention about two fingers inserted in the calf to check if tight but mention qt the end that you needed to mention about respiration but tell them later, would that be an issue?
