Kari, I am Mexican/ Italian, from Stockton California, currently living as a 100% Disabled US Army Veteran, I wanted to tell you I always have had a issue with making Mexican Rice, I found you by accident and watched your short video, I did what you said and it came out Perfect just like my Abolita's Arroz, so anyway I have a taqueria here and I have included your Mexican Rice to my food.
