Finally!! All the troubleshooting I followed to fix this issue nothing works, but this saved me from my misery. From spiking cpu usage from 0-100% when charging to stable cpu usage ranging 70-80% when gaming. Thanks to you my friend!

Omg tysm, it fixed the problem. Everytime i used to unplug my charger my fps would go high. As soon as I unplug I go to 9 fps. You are a life saver!
