Believe it or not. I was struggling with microstutters for ages and I have a high end PC. What fixed it for me was to change the performance lvl from maximum to balanced in the nvcp. Aswell for the global as for the specific game settings

I record in 1080p 60fps( native resolution ) at 30mbps . Then upscale and render to 4k 60fps at 30mbps .the uploaded YouTube videos seem good so far... Should I try recording at 50mbps ?does it make a huge change ?

My captures play at like 15 fps, this only started happening when my pc randomly restarted, none of this helped either, but I appreciate the help

I tried all your suggestions and it still didnn't work. Got the latest drivers, even uninstalled and did a clean reinstall. I'm using an RTX 3080 btw. Still choppy. And all the other so-called free game recording software aren't free as they're advertising themselves to be.
So I don't know what else to do. The only thing I can do is give up on this thing. And it never used to do this. I've been using Nvidia shadowplay since 2018 with two other graphics cards before this one and never had this issue. And there are no bottlesnecks that I'm aware of. The game runs smooth. It's the playback that's the issue.
If there's another suggestion I'd be greatful if you or someone else could let me know. Thanks

Geforce is stopping my recording at random moments (I'm not talking about instant replay), like it records gameplay for 2 or more minutes, then stops and I have to restart the recording again. Is this because of ingame autosave, or is there a way to fix it in the Geforce settings? The videos still save, but it's gonna be hard to make a good video out of this.

Bro, i got a GTX 1080 and when i record on 60 fps, no matter the bitrate, I always find my clips recorded in 30 or less FPS. Do you know anything that could be cousing this issue?

I reduced it from the 1080p60 @ 10bitrate to 6, then even to 1 and I still get this issue.

It used to work perfectly fine until updating, tried downgrading workwd fine for a while(like 2 days) then the same issue ..

Im recording with a 4070 and I have stuttering on my recordings. The wierd thing is that I tried Action! and it stills has the same issue.
