I use the $1 tempered glass from dollar tree and they work amazing they stay on for months and I drop my phone a lot and their is still no damage to my actual screen

this is actually really cool and smart. I just cracked my iphone 7 and it sucks(its not that bad but its pretty bad). This is a really smart and cool trick that i will definitely be using to cover up the crack. BTW was the crack noticeable when the phone was on?
