Repair your cracked screen with super glue!

In this video we will review whether repairing your cracked screen with super glue works.

The screen protector consists of a layer of glass sandwiched between 2 films of plastic, or an outer layer of plastic. In other words, the glass part of the protector isn't exposed, so you're only applying glue to the plastic which doesn't have a crack in it. The glass protector has the crack and it's under plastic. That's why this isn't doing anything. You're not sealing the crack.
EDIT: GUYS FULL DISCLOSURE. I AM WRONG. GLASS SCREEN PROTETCTORS DO NOT HAVE AFILM OF PLASTIC ON THEM.

Thick clear duct tape of gorilla tape works pretty good. Still see the crack but will be a great screen protector. Especially if you add layers.

Did this affect the touch screen features or damage the lcd screen under the glass ?

Screen protectors are tempered glass. Very strong until they break even once. If i remember its got something to do with surface tension

Try the wind screen chip repair kit next time, it sucks the fluid in the crack with vacuume

I Would press on the screen when applying superglue, it might help it fill the crack by capillarity effect.

I have a small thin crack on my phone, and when i charge the phone it gets hot and can that heat spread the crack?

I tried to repair the screen with super glue and I had the same results. Oh well its an older Kindle so I will live it. Thanks for trying.

Bottom line : Gravity is NOT optional, buy a Sandwich rugged Shell on day One. Problem solved 😂
