It’s possible 079 isn’t talking to the player, because if he released 682 it would cause damage to the sites systems, and would attract more mtf to the area, instead he used him as a last ditch effort to lure more mtf outside with D-9341. I like to think that the gas sprayed outside was also being sprayed inside to keep 682 contained, with the outside gas used to push back D-9341. (Also the prompt for 079 talking is called “TestroomWarning” which means he’s warning the player to not open the door)

scp 079 is worried the player might in some way hinder 682's escape. because of this, he's trying to "demotivate" the player from doing so by saying this

Was he saying that to 682? if he was why would he do such a thing tought they were allies.

I think 079 was talking to 682 about him not letting him out, but after we reach Gate-B he successfully escaped.
