Homemade New England LOBSTER ROLLS!! #SHORTS

I'm in Nantucket this week, so I wanted to do a classic New England recipe. Here's my spin on the classic Lobster roll:
Harry's New England Lobster Roll: (recipe serves 2)
Ingredients:
1. 4 lobster tails
2. 0.13 cups mayonnaise
3. 1/2 of a lime's juice
4. 0.13 cups celery, finely chopped.
5. 0.5 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
6. salt/pepper
7. 2 split top hot dog buns
8. butter for the buns.
Instructions:
1. after cooking the lobster meat, place it in a bowl with the mayonnaise, lime juice, celery, green onions, and salt and pepper. stir gently make sure the ingredients get evenly distributed onto the meat.
2. Spread the butter onto the outer sides of each bun. Place the buns in a pan or on a griddle over medium heat. cook until golden brown (toasty for crunch)
3. Divide the meat amongst each bun, serve immediately.
(I used only lobster tails, and 4 was just enough for 2 people)
