In this video, we'll show you how to prepare New England Lobster Rolls.

Ingredients:
2 LBS North Atlantic Lobster Meat
Dash of Hot Sauce
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Celery Chopped
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Green Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup Mayo
6-8 Brioche Buns

Instructions:
Thaw Lobster Meat.
Mix other ingredients in large bowl.
DO NOT dump package of Lobster meat in the bowl.
Transfer Lobster Meat by hand to leave behind liquid from thawing.
Mix well.
Pile generously on 6-8 Brioche Buns.
