Join me for a wrist rehabilitation exercise regime that will help gain range of movement in the joint, work through passive and active movements progressing muscular strength. These are great exercises to start post wrist fracture and plaster cast removal. Be sure to follow your doctors / physician's advice on prescribed pain relief and only complete your prescribed rehabilitation exercises.

Hello, just wanna ask that is it ok to go on with my wrist rehab(after watching your video) ? I had my pins removed last march 17, 2020 for now i’ve been doing a little bit of exerciseon my fingers only cause there ‘s pain on my wrist and i’m a little bit nervous. Is it better to move my wrist slowly and ignore the pain ?Can you tell me which exercise is applicable to do as a starter? Thanks .

I son had slightly bigger than hairline wrist injury, Doc put a cast for 3 weeks, and removable brace for another 3 weeks, and now suggested Therapy for 4 weeks (twice weekly) but these therapy costs $35 for each session. But my son never had any pain except the day he had injury.
Is therapy really required? Or can he do those safe exercise at home. Is that enough? Please let me know your opinion. Thanks

Is it normal if the bones that join to the palm feels very painful?
Shall I still proceed with it? After I release the pressure, the whole pain area became very relaxed and painless for certain movements... is this progress?
