Hello I really need to know how to remove the speed limiter on E-Mountainbike MONTIS EM 1726 by FISCHER with bafang display. Can u tell me how or if its possible? The e bike is really fast but its limited at 25-27kmh

Ha ha.. ^_^ That's cool. I stumbled across an easier way with mine..(pure luck LOL) Hold the back brake ON, and hold the M button to boot up the controller. Soon as the controller comes on, you don't need to hold the M any more, and let the brake go. If ya don't get an ERROR 23 right away, shut the bike off with the key, and try again 1-2 more times. You should get the error code. (That's what mine did)
It unlocked it to the max!! <: o *THUMBS UP* It stayed permanently, and it quit showing the error code too. My bike will now do 50 Km/h! I was IMPRESSED!!
It'll do 42-47 km/h ALL DAY LONG, (not for a whole day, lol, just a figure of speech.It'll go that speed until you're out of battery) even against wind and on slight up hills. Flat ground, I can hit 50, and my record was 55 downhill, (did it a few times) but a couple weeks ago, I got 57 on a good hill ! LOL Bare in mind!!!! Faster ya go, the faster you're eating the battery!! It will totally mess with your range/mileage.. <: \

I have the same display, but after the first step, the monitor turns off and I can't do anything

YOU CANT CHANGE THE TOP SPEED!
What you see in the movie, is he sets up the max speed the motor will support you.
If you set it to for example on 25km/h, the motor wil support you untill you go 25km/h, then its all you..
If you want to go 30, you just have to peddle harder, and it will slightly support you..
Just set the display on the watt indicator, and you see what i mean.

My 500 series fat bike getting drained after 20 kms on a full charge and its a new bike. I used the same setting but still I am having issues .Can you suggest something?
