I like the fact that you answer your comments..With that being said, I did this, and it was reversed!!!! It locked out at 13mph, and when I went back to "1 beep", it locked out at 16, which is normal. YES, I have the duo motor.

Mine only tops out at 19mph! But if i push it a little hard it goes to 20mph but only stays at 19mph? How can i get that full 20mph?

is this the e350 or e500? I was under the impression that the e500 already came at a top speed of 20nph. does this mean that if you're unlocking the e350, the e500 will go faster if unlocked?

This is frighteningly fast! I ride motorcycles, and this is a different kind of terrifying haha! People underestimate e-bikes and e-scooters, but if you're going double-digit speeds, you should really suit up. NEED to wear a helmet if you're riding one of these, especially at 20mph!
Granted, I'm not going to wear my full-face motorcycle helmet, armored jacket, and leather gloves, but definitely a skateboard/bmx helmet at the least.
