It's amazing how great a workout you can get in just ten minutes. I look forward to doing more and more over time. Great instructor. You're never too old, I am 68.

I have looked FAR AND WIDE on youtube for a simple TRX workout for beginners and this is the one! I have been using TRX for 5 years, but my dad, who is almost 80 is just getting started. He has some mobility issues, so getting on the ground is a no go. This is why I suggested the TRX. I would love to see a EVEN SIMPLER one for SENIORS. Same concept, just even less bells and whistles.

TRX workouts are great for recovery after heart attacks and rotor cuff impingement I'm 60 and have been using that equipment for years after the dreaded 50s health scares although go at your own pace with any cardio disease

Thank you. Its the first time I have got my heart rate up and puffing since recovering from double knee replacement 18months ago. I did modify your squats to suit.
Perhaps some short videos on TRX exercises for those of us having recovered or recovering from operations?

i watch this video to learn the right technique to use trx.. it looks easy, but i'm struggling to master the good form and understanding the purpose of every movement. 😬 tqsm. it's such a good video with good explanation. i appreciate it so much ❤️

Thanks for this video! I've done your other video (very similar to this one with a couple variations) but was looking for a little variety. This was great, I feel sore in different places. Maybe I'll alternate between the two. This was very easy to follow mechanically and I'm winded so you did your job sir.
