I am so happy to see someone who had what I have. My nerves are so awful.

Sometimes, it is bad all day, but never as severe as you experienced. Rain and wind cause pain and extreme fatigue. It does get better as the day goes on.

Thanks Miguel. I liked the way you explained black and white thinking. Its true good and bad things happen during the day, whether its adjustment period or not. So one can still enjoy on not so good days (during flare ups). This is the biggest take away from this video.

Same days are more difficult then others..You feel Good 1 day the next day symptoms flare up.. It’s hard to pinpoint what caused the flare up

I have been struggling with this for about a year now or more. I am now walking and having longer days. But it seems that with the longer days comes longer recovery periods. I wake up and instantly feel dizzy and out of place. The body pain varies day to day. But the pain I have constantly is leg pain and aches with an off balanced equilibrium as I walk everywhere. It has become exhausting to the body which exacerbates the fatigue. When I am in this state my mind is brain fogged and feels light headed. Did you experience any of this as well with the recovery and adjustment period? I went from barely walking to walking many steps at work without a choice. No walker, no wheelchair just instant not walking much to a lot of walking at once. At times I feel like my body wants to give out on me. All my level and scans have been done and nothing shows anything “wrong”. Any advice would be great! ☺️

I’ve never heard you mention PEM (post exertional malaise) in any of your vids. It’s the defining term/symptom of CFS.. is there a reason you avoid using that term?

Gotta change the editing. Too choppy, no pauses, too much talking, too fast, etc. Don't forget who your audience is. Good tips, setting, but can't watch this style.
