My mom always told me as a child to keep a good posture and I didn’t listen, 10 years later I’m here doing exercises to fix my posture. It’s never too late to learn and correct it though!

I learned all of this in a early age and I’ve received many complements throughout my life on my walk. People say that I look very confident which I’m not, I’m a very very shy person. Yet it still been very useful in like to look confident. I highly encourage parents to teach their kids how to walk at an early age.

-Head high: imagine you are pulled up with an invisible string like a marionette
-Belly tucked in

-Book on a head, when its gone you feel weightless and more elegant
Practice practice practice
“Sweat more in practice, bleed less in battle”
-Hands: move equally from thighs. forward and backwards
-High heels… (but i dont want feet pain)
-Catwalk!! HELPS TO WALK STRAIGHT (I walk bent)
-Gaze: is open, dont look at feet, head up, be aware

The humility and the good intentions you have to teach this is so heart warming. Especially for people who are less privileged alike me yet desire to improve their overall personality but can't afford any classes. Thanks for doing this.
