OMG!!!! I made them this morning and they were amazing. I beat all the wet ingredients separately really well. Then I added it to the dry ingredients and folded everything together with the spatula. I was so happy when I saw how high they had risen. This will be my go to recipe from now on. I will no longer need to buy the box mix. I had tried another recipe and they were dense and chewy. I tried this recipe today and it turned out to be the best fluffy pancakes I have ever had... I did try combining with whole wheat flour and all purpose flour as 1:1 ... even then it came so soft that it melts in the mouth 😀... thanks for sharing your ideas👍

This is my go to recipe for pancakes , I often add other ingredients, such as mashed banana, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, sprinkles for Birthday cake versions, nutella . All for treat days of course lol I make a double batch every time and freeze them and they are easy to pop in the toaster for a quick breakfast on the go and still fluffy and light.
