SECONDING HOW GOOD MOTTO PANCAKES ARE!!! I tried the one with cheese foam and berries and that one blew me away!! And trust me, before Motto I had an intense vendetta with soufflé pancakes lol.

For those wondering, name of the restaurant is Motto. This location is in San Gabriel and they also have a location in Pasadena (original location). Personally, I think the one in Pasadena tastes better but I prefer Burnt Crumbs in Irvine.

Soufflé pancakes were invented in Hawaii, by chef Nathan Tran in 2009. Just FYI. Japanese stole his creation from his restaurant Cream Pot in Waikiki.
