I had bilateral patella tendon repair surgery from a freak accident 2 years ago. I was in the hospital for 22 days and in a wheelchair for a month. I'm back to running and working out after nearly a year of recovery. Recently I noticed an issue with the cartilage in my left knee. I got xrays and MRI's done two weeks ago and my surgeon told me to just work on my quads more and I'll be fine. After hearing you I think you are right. Working my quads feels good in the moment but afterwards I was to stiff and the pain was worse. You are a God-send. I wish I lived in Texas I'd go to your practice. You have a new subscriber.

Thanks so much for these videos, I’ve been focussing on glute exercises and am noticing an improvement. I’m avoiding all quad and hamstring exercises but would like to return to them at some point so as not ton lose too much strength there. Are there any knee-friendly ways of exercising those muscles?

Hi! Thank you for you content and makes sense. My kineto therapist focused on quads 4 months and got worse into an end. The full leg extension make way more to increase the quads. i have Chondropathy 4 degree and i m 45 years old. Its possible without cartilage implant surgery so i ever be able run again and do skipping rope, boxing if i do all the natural repair technique? Or surgery its the only way. Doctor said without surgery, just swimming and cycling and no running but still risq for protetic knee in the future. Thank you!

I am thinking about ordering your program. I recently started doing squats and noticed a small improvement in my knee. I've been doing a weighted tailgate swing since March. When I walk, the back of my knees gets very stiff so i have to stop walking, stretch my hamstrings and calves, and do a standing tailgate swing of about 20 to 30 swings per leg. then I can continue walking.

link to 28 days seems broken, will this 28 day knee program is good for cartilage damage, i ask as there are 3 knee programs at your website. instead of cycling i am doing cycling as lie down on back and raising legs in air and cycling in air on both direction front and reverse, i hope that's helpful too. thanks

You’re awesome👏🏼 ..this gives me hope.. cuz after a whole year dealing with knee then it travel to hip labrum tear it’s been a journey of Debilitating pain I must say.. today I saw another Ortho for second Opinion and it’s all the same😢…they don’t really care to investigate my biomechanics.

So should one avoid quadriceps exercises such as sitting leg extensions ? Also what is your opinion of walking backwards as a therapy ?
