This is a follow along 45 MINUTE DUMBBELL UPPER BODY & ABS WORKOUT. That will target your back, triceps, shoulders, and back. This will help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing, and basically leave you feeling awesome!!

The timer will be :40 seconds ON :20 secs OFF

I will be alt the dumbbells (pair of dumbbells) throughout this workout from weights of

5lbs, 10 lbs, and 15lb dumbbells!

So yes, as heavy as YOU have access to and slow paced, controlled and a full range of motion. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.

1st time completing a work out this long. It was challenging and made me feel great when I was done. I only used 5lb weights because I have a medical condition but I still managed to burn almost 400 calories. Thank you!

I loved this workout. I feel like it was the perfect level of intensity. Enough where you definitely are gonna break a sweat and feel it in the morning but good enough for you to actually finish it to it’s completion. Plus it’s a workout that can be adjusted to your fitness level on weights. I really enjoyed this workout, I felt so powerful after! LOL

Hey loves, a tip I wanted to give is you need more balance or more control over the weights. Use the wall for stability. Depending what movements you are doing I use my butt to be against the wall or my back. If you can’t do either you can be on your knees.

I burned 320 cal according to my samsung 5 watch . My BMI is 27.5. 5'6 170 lbs . If anybody is wondering.

I love celemarr worksouts. I only recently put on a bit of weight due to medical reasons. However i did lose 80 pounds with the help of these videos. Back at it again. With just 30 pounds to lose this time. Hopefully i can give an update this summer with my progress.

absolutely amazing workout. i specifically love dumbbell workouts because you have complete control of the intensity! i completed with no breaks and burned 272 active cals/ 353 total cals! do this workout 2-3 times per week in a slight deficit and watch your body transform. remember, you don’t need to push yourself to death, keeping your heart rate at a moderate level will help burn fat and keep your weight loss slow and steady; if you want to keep the weight off:)❤️ i love your videos i have been incorporating them into my PPL split and have been loving the results💕 THANK YOU
