The ultimate upper body workout!! We are getting strong and sassy for this strength training workout! This workout will build muscular strength and definition! are going to work to have 5 focused rounds targeting the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Then finish the workout with a 200-rep challenge!

45-MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 25lbs / 4.5 to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy for our focused sets and lightweight for the challenge round! Pick a weight relative to you and the exercise we are training!

Will do this after work, get a walk in for lunch and end with a good muscle workout. Sometimes I'm tired but your enthusiasm and "you started this, you have to finish" type of banter helps. ; )
