Easy Timeline Scroll in DaVinci Resolve - 2D Timeline #shorts

Per default 2D Timeline Scroll is enabled in DaVinci Resolve. This way, you'll scroll the video and audio tracks up and down. But a more productive way is to scroll horizontally on the timeline. I'll show you how you can quickly set this up.

18.6 Just hold ctrl+scroll on the portion of the timeline you want scroll horizontally on. Scroll normally for vertical. If you go to Preferences>UI Settings>User and check the 2D timeline scroll, you remove your option to vertical scroll altogether.

No way! I just dealt with 2D timeline scrolling, which I didn't really like, until 2.5 years later that I now decided to see if I could change that once and for all! Love the quick tip style to the point as well!
