My dizziness and vertigo is ruining my daily life things and have bad vertigo attacks and panic which i do movement or be in any odd position bending or crouching and be at work i get bad anxiety with the wobby attacks and makes me walk so much to my side and be close to a wall not be centered walking normal.

I am suffering from BPPV from last 72 days but as you said people with BPPV recovers within 3 months so I am waiting for recovery.

please answer me.. when i lay down at night i only have 1 position on the left side becoz when i lay down on the right side i feel dizzy and i feel swinging sensation.. but when i do the epley manuever on the right side i dont feel any dizziness..? what do you think is my case? please anyone? is it still bppv?

Started getting vertigo randomly about 4 years ago. Just woke up with it super bad after only 3 and a half hours or so of sleep. Ugh.

Today I was doing some hw on my iPad for around an hour and I got up to take a shower, but I was extremely dizzy. I went into the bathroom and then I dont remember what happened but my mum shouted what the noise was coming from which kind of woke me up. Then she came to the bathroom and saw me collapsed on the bathroom floor and literally freaked out if I was ok. She is really worried about me right now, I would like to know if I really have to go to the doctor or any suggestions. Thank you

I am 25 year old I am suffering dizziness alomost 1 year gone, I have migraine headache also it is started in childhood till now I am suffering 2 or 3 days in week continuously.Nurologist opinion is from migraine headache is cause for my dizziness but I can not believe that, because without migraine headache also I am feeling dizzy .ENT doctor says both ears are normal they even not know reason for dizziness.
My symptoms is dizziness like feel like off Balance, when I am sit on stool it feel like off Balance sensation and some time tingling in head.
Here one recent it's about 15 days my left ear is buzz sound and feeling like ear is block.I think this ear buzz sound happens due headphone usage
Please anyone specialist please help me

Someone help I'm so dizzy everything is spinning and I'm laying down. And not just that I've been having a weird tiredness/ weakness feeling in my left thigh and I'm nauseated, I'm super nervous and worried I've never felt like this before I need some answers as to what is going on, and what I can so about it, because at this point I feel like going to the doctor's even though I don't really want to especially with that covid 19 going around, but I sorta feel like I might not have a choice of this dizziness keeps up.

After all the years of having Menieres diseases and constant ear ringing, it is nice to sit in a quiet restaurant without anything bothering me. Even the fullness in the bad ear is hardly noticeable. I'm not sure but, if anyone else wants to learn about treating dog vertigo try Magonsi Fast Vertigo Expert (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my buddy got cool results with it.
