Was doing 70 sprints a day helped me. 100 yarders. Done 8, 400 sprints so far this year. Age 69. Retired, I have the time. 35 in morning. 35 evening. Boring as hell. But effective. Then walking back to starting line. 11th grade weight.

Allulose, a sugar substitute, can cause some side effects, but they are usually temporary and not toxic:
Abdominal pain, Bloating, Diarrhea, Decreased appetite, Gas, and Nausea.

These side effects are similar to those caused by other sugar substitutes and are usually due to consuming large quantities. Everyone has a different tolerance to artificial sweeteners, so it's best to start with small amounts and gradually increase.

Some research suggests that allulose may also:
Promote the growth of bacteria that can negatively impact gut health

Be linked to muscle cell injury during exercise

Allulose is found naturally in small amounts in some foods, like raisins, figs, and molasses. Commercial allulose is made by converting fructose from corn and other plants.

Most doctors advise to stay away from fructose corn syrup!

Thank you. I'm on board with the butter and fibre but not at all comfortable with artificial sweetners. The sweet taste would nevertheless stimulate an insulin response as soon as it is inside the mouth (IMHO) Better to work hard to control sugar craving. Its difficult but not impossible

Although we don’t know long term side effects from ozempic, it’s worse when their diabetes is not controlled. Most people don’t have discipline when it comes to eating proper foods. Why? Because we are trying to have them change habits they have been doing most their life time. Some will but most can’t

No fiber for me, thanks. I only feel healthy when I eat only meat, fish, eggs, and some low carb dairy. No plants except for occasionally seasonings on pork or chicken. For beef and eggs I just use salt.

Dr. Boz can you please make a video about blood sugar and if it gets affected by the cycle of a woman? I have been doing keto for about a month now. I do not eat at all after 4pm every single day and have decreased my carbs significantly. My blood sugar is obviously not at its best, but everyday I would have a fasting blood sugar in the 80s or sometimes 70s and of course I want that to decrease even more eventually. When I would eat, I would get a spike between 100-115 and then right after 15-30 min it would come back down. Now before my cycle is supposed to start in couple days, I noticed my fasting blood sugar is in the 90s and then it goes up and sometimes stays up for awhile. Can the cycle affect this? I did not change my diet I have been eating the same. Any advice is so much appreciated.

Doctor Boz, what do you do if your doctor says your cholesterol needs lowering so chill on all the butter?

No. Absolutely not. Just stop eating carbs all together. No human needs carbs at all. The weight will fall off fast.
