A lot of people here are having huge neurological issues and brain fog/ confusion which makes things harder to grasp when our brains keep shutting off and personally I have vestibular migraines too which completely disable me for weeks, so I really appreciate the pace of the author and the free information 🙏😉 I just wanted to share my thoughts and give thanks, blessings and healing to all who are struggling ❤

Was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia. Was told that you can't over take B12. What your body doesn't need it will get rid of. Through your urine.

This most helpful. I've recently been diagnosed low diabetes, low oxygen levels, low B12, pernicious anaemia, low blood pressure, pulse missing beats. Ive been prescribed Ferrous Fumarate 305mg, Folic Acid 5mg and Cyanocominn 50mg. Now I'm worried about taking thd Folic Acid. I think I'll have to talk to my GP about that, it's got me thinking. Ive still got all the symptoms as described in video. I've only been on these meds about 2-3 weeks.

Example 1. 3 times a week for 2 weeks, then every 3 months, Standard NHS treatment. Example 2. Where neurological symptoms are involved, 1mg every other day untill symptoms improve at that stage ''you are more that likely self injecting, treating your symptoms as they arise & keeping them at bay.

I have autoimmune PA with both intrinsic factor antibodies and parietal cell antibodies. I need B12 daily! I first was given B12 injections once a week. A terrible rollcoaster of feeling better then feeling worse. Ugh. And the side effects of an acne rash over my face and chest (took 4 months to go away after stopping injections) and shortness of breath.

I switched to sublingual to see if that worked and wow! amazing!! I use 2000 mcg bioceuticals sublingual B12 spray every day. I could not imagine going 3 months without B12. 🤯 I once did not have my spray for 3 weeks. OMG!! Horrendous! The most insanely severe unliveable brainfog, extreme fatigue, white spots started reappearing on my forearms again, body odour….etc. Within 5 minutes of taking my B12 sublingual spray the brain fog disappeared. My God the relief was intense!!!! 🙌🥳 But after not having any B12 for 3 weeks I had a headache as a side effect for a few days.

Whoever wrote the treatment for PA is B12 every 3 months needs to a good kick up the…lol
