In this video, I'm featuring a 2.3+ct Alexandrite! When buying alexandrite, it is important that it is certified as there are synthetic / lab grown alexandrites available in the market!

The colour change phenomena is important, take note that the colour changes from a green blue hue to the reddish purple hue!

Then you move on to the 4 Cs,

Carat - the size
Colour - Is the colour something that attracts me?
Clarity - is there any obvious inclusions?
Cut - Do I like the shape of the alexandrite?
