This works! I’ve been doing 2 protein shakes w/ 2 scoops of whey protein & cashew milk and all I can really eat is 1 meal a day. I also drink 3 liters of water so there’s not much room for anything else. I will continue using this method to keep the weight off!

Day 1 of this and I gotta say it is working quite well so far. Started the day with Adrian's 40minute bike HIIT workout. When I started to get hungry I ate skinless chicken thighs with carrots and broccoli (was a bit odd eating raw broccoli so early in the morning though). Later on in the day when I got hungry again, I ate the same thing. So for dinner, I will just eat whatever I want. If this works, this will be amazing!

I am so happy I found your channel. I recently went from 220 to 159 and I didn't have much nutritional guidance. I did it through intermittent fasting and water... It really worked for me. 1 to 2 days out of the week, I would eat 1 meal and drink water, but now, I am going to try what you recommend as far as nutrition with raw veggies.

Yes!!!!👏👏👏👏 I used to do this and lost a lot of weight in a very short period.

Because of the pure foods, my eczema and acne weren't as problematic, my digestive system also benefitted and some digestive and bowel problems were resolved, my skin and hair were better, I had more energy and even more clarity of thought and some issues with my menstrual cycle were also resolved. My only problem was: during the first few days, I had some gas problems, but those were quickly resolved when I started having more acidic fruits (strangely), crackers and water.

This really works, especially when you exercise, rest well, drink lots of water and consume cleaner and leaner alternatives to foods you might crave. Foolishly, I stopped, but I'm about to restart. I also plan to use apple cider vinegar, since acidic stuff seem to help when I do this.

Started ending my daily workouts with the”look betters” video, changed my eating habit to this today. My protein is 2 boiled eggs, or Neolife Shake with 10 oz of milk. Found bags with Broccoli, cauliflower and carrots at Walmart.

This plus my 60-minute workout is my new daily!

This has to be the easiest diet I've ever seen. For years I've been looking for one that's not so aggressive and easy to manage. New breakfast routine! Thanks a ton!

This really works. This way of dieting works for me because I'm not starving myself and I can keep this up as a way of life. In addition to my first meal being a lean protein and raw vegetable I also do Adrian's HIIT on a stationary bike 15 minutes twice a week and lift light weights twice I week. I've lost 4 pounds so far within a two week period.

I just found this video this morning
Well my plan is to go to the store and get my raw vegetables and pure protein lol
Been doing alot of intermittent fasting lately for about 8 days
I first weighed myself at 240 lbs and now im 227
Lost 13 pounds from not eating much
But after finding this im gonna start with this routine and your workouts
Ill give a update in 2 weeks
Its November 17 now and ill give it till November 30 with the update
