I'm back in the kitchen after some much-needed time off social media during the week and I'm kicking off the weekend with this lovely easy cheese and onion quiche.

During my week off I took some time in centring my focus on my personal development and figuring out a clear vision for Gook Cooking. Having a clear vision I believe that I can see where I am going as a person and the growth for this channel. Having a warm slice of this cheese and onion quiche made it all worth its while.

🖤🖤 I have mentioned for this recipe to use 4 eggs but instead, I bumped it up to 8, as the tray I used was bigger than I thought.
