I have always used a large onion chopped up. I layer grated cheese then chopped onion and another layer of cheese. I use 3 eggs in a pint jug top. It up with milk to a pint whisk it up a bit and pour over. Never had uncooked onion 🤷‍♀️. Hope you don’t mind me sharing that 😊love all your videos going to try the broccoli one today will probably use 3 eggs ❤❤❤
