Easy Cheese & Onion Quiche

Recipe
100 g grated cheese I prefer Cheddar but Gruyère is good too
300 g Shortcrust Pastry
3 large eggs see my size chart below
1 onion finely chopped
150 g double cream
100 g butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
