we will go for Id, if ID is not present in target, that record should be inserted, and if present with any changes, then it will get updated

In lookup transformation we have lookup into target table so that it will compare whether data present or not in targett if yes it Will reject or i it will insert

i guess max salaries of each dept should have been this

group by dept_name

and the top 3 salaries should have been
