1:03 - if you're going to add mushrooms, I'd recommend throwing those into the pan first and cooking the water out of them before starting on the protein and aromatics. Mushrooms would be an excellent addition to this!

Thanks for this recipe. I’ve made it 4-5 times, each time with more ingredients. I’ve added bell peppers, pepperoncinis, and roasted red peppers, and have made it with both ground beef and ground turkey. The portions work well for me in thirds (tried fourths but they were just a little small). Thanks for the great content! Cheers.

Woah, this was on my meal plan for this week. I purchased the coleslaw packet and i alwais have ground turkey on hand. Now I have the recipe! Perfect.
Now I have to find a way to add some cottage cheese as a sauce lol

this would go great in a big tortilla wrap as well where some of us dont have the convenience to meal-prep in tupperware containers. (dishes).
also, chopped peanuts would be fantastic in this! trust me. very Thai-like

Chef, this is a go-to recipe for us. Love it just the way you make it, but if have it in the house, love some fresh ginger or a squeeze of jarred ginger.

Add the onion first. Then a few minutes later the garlic. Garlic burns way faster.

This would be amazing as a filling for spring rolls. Rice paper won't add too many carbs, especially if you've gone low carb all day and have this for dinner!
