There’s something about the delicious pork filling that gets us every time – it’s full of flavor and juicy and absolutely perfect when wrapped up in that crunchy egg roll wrapper. Please, please, can someone explain to me the name "egg roll" but the dish never contains any egg please help me understand the reasoning behind the title! Perhaps the person who designed it at first wished they had eggs to put into the dish?
