BWM M5 no longer The Ultimate Driving Machine, especially since it's heavier than SUVs.

I hate the way it looks, too much like an EV

The New M5 is far more stylish than your unruly hair... It's not all about power

It’s a matter of opinion. I would personally own the new M5 over any of the others you mentioned. The model x plaid nor the model y are attractive to me.

BMW saw the C63 changes and they said "hold my beer" (at least its a v8)

I'm sorry, but your Tesla looks like an iPhone: plain and boring, just like everyone else's. No matter how hard you try to make it resemble a combustion car, it will always look like a plain, boring Tesla.

My only conclusion is that Parker is secretly sponsored by Tesla 😂

The looks are entirely subjective yet this guy hands down his opinion on the G90’s aesthetic as objective fact.
The car is heavier due to need to navigate regulations yet retain V8. It’s very simple.
The E63 is switching to a V6. MB can keep it.

Tesla has changed the entire idea of what real horsepower and "fast" should be...ruined it for me to be honest. I own several and wish I didn't before I had a chance to buy a few more cars that were on my bucket list.

Still rocking my E39 M5 which I've had for nearly twenty years now! I've put over 130, 000 miles on the clock. We taught our daughter to drive in it, and our son. We took them to school in it. It still turns heads to this day. Costs nothing to insure and servicing is peanuts. Solid as a rock.

BMW needs to get rid of all the diagonal angles on their new vehicles. We want the boxy, sporty look we’ve all come to love and know

Leave your opinion open until you’ve had a chance to drive it. BMW doesn’t get their M division wrong often.

Unless he has a rich daddy all six of those clowns couldn't afford an M5 with their entire income.

This is the EXACT same reaction everyone had about the g80 & g82 until people started driving them … I think it’s safe to say BMW knows what their doing

I literally just posted a video on this as well... I love BMW M. I'm a die hard fan, but I agree. Makes absolutely ZERO sense. Go get an M3 CS or a F90 M5 and tune it to 1000hp!!

So, Looks are Subjective . I personally like the way this car looks, inside and out. I do agree with the Surprising Weight Issue.
Also I agree with the Criticism regarding the meager 25 miles available for Electric use. Like many Customers I actually want a High Performance SUV that’s comfortable and efficient as far as MPG’s are concerned. Last but not least, Most consumers want a sharp exterior and interior design. Again, I can find No Fault with the way the 2025 BMW looks. I think I see a preview of coming attractions. I believe that the 2026 BMW X5 M is going to closely resemble the M5. Hopefully BMW will solve some of its Heavy Hybrid Battery issues???

4:52 do you guys wan’t the BMW M5 to have a v8… Well in that case you have to have a hybrid engine stop complaining about EU regulations that is one thing we truly can’t change:)

Yes the XM was the test bed for the M5 drivetrain. Same as the X3M being the test bed for M4/M3, yet there are no complaints about that engine. BMW already made a 4000lb M5CS.

At least it's a V8, downpipes and a tune. I'm getting And I got electric mode for my daily adventures

This was a great video and I agree with all of your points. What disappoints me is the interior, the weight, and the power.

Per the website, this new M5 will tip the scales at a whopping 5, 390lbs. The M5 has always been known as the ultimate driving machine in terms of performance, handling, and luxury but with the previous generation F90 LCI weighing in at 4370 lbs, I hope that the handling doesn’t suffer.

Next is the interior. I understand that in today’s age technology and convenience are a priority but it seems the luxury brands are taking advantage of this to cost cut and create lower grade interiors. The new M5 has none of the touch points and switch gear that differentiate this from a Kia.

I am also disappointed with the power since although the new generation makes more power, it suffers from a decrease its power to weight will likely result in decrease in performance.

All that being said, I hope BMW finds its way.
