If you are new to meditation and want to develop a meditation practice? If so, then this video is for you. People always approach me about wanting to meditate more, but they are not sure where or how to start. So I came up with a 21 day meditation tracker and also made guided meditations/silent meditations to help you get started. I wanted to take the guess work out of it. All you have to do is to download the FREE Meditation Guide, pick from the meditation options and start meditating. It’s that simple! If you can, bring a friend with you and get started together. Day 20 done! Because i am one day behind, i am playing catch-up when i get home from my swim tonight. And that will be 21 days! I am gonna celebrate with popcorn and my olive oil and spice mixture, a bottle of mineral water and a movie, which i haven't decided on yet. Then tomorrow i start another 21 day challenge. THIS IS WORKING FOR ME!!! This is what i need to meditate! I am feeling proud and happy for doing it. I am happy i found you! And i am happy for the subtle changes in my everyday life like being present, noticing the outward world, smiling more, etc. I am happy for the many fresh reminders it has given me from my previous practice. I am deeply grateful for you Nick! May your experience joy and the root of true and genuine joy and i extend it to all sentient beings and the natural earth and beyond! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💜💚💙💛❤💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏

Day 5 done. Was struggling with depression, so i stayed lying down to do it. I kept going in and out of sleep. I am happy i did it despite feeling a kind of paralyses and very low energy.

Day 12 done. Had to lie down this time again. I focused on tonglen practice towards myself. I really need that. Been a despairing day. Well, moments off despair. There were a few where i felt "i'm okay no matter what. " i have concentration. Issues but i managed to read some fiction novel. I know it was an escape. And at the same time i felt good not being online in any forms. Turning the pages of a book felt good. So some nurturing and my concentration for reading was good. That is rare. So there is a gem in that. Peace to you Nick. I am grateful for ypu and your channal.

I started doing silent meditation 5, 10, 15, 30 mins according to my avail time and feels fullfilment and happiness. Thanks for sharing such wonderful to us. 🙏👍. (Simply sitting itself gives happiness )

Day 21 DONE!!🎉🎉🎉 CELEBRATION! Popcorn with spiced up olive oil, nutritional yeast and mineral water!! And maybe a sweet treat! Getting a place in my apt. set up for training in routine and special place for this purpose.

Day 16 done! Wow! It feels like i just started and less than a week to go! Well for this challenge. I continue on. I notice a lightness in my body even though things have been difficult pass couple of days. There is an openess, like room for space or pause before reacting.

On wednesday night i start a web workshop series with my meditation teacher arpund Anxiety, Stress and mindfulness. Never tried this before have been to a number of Andrew's workshop that are similiar. I always come away with new understandings and insights. I also need to do 2 15 mins sitting in one day of your meditation cause i'm 1 day a bit behind. I'm confident i will do it. I may count one sitting wirh andrew this Wednesday. My sleep pattern is off so i am up late or rather early this morning. 2:40 am here. All the best to u. Blessings and kind regards.

Day 11 done. Had a long emotional day. Therapy. Came home and crashed to sleep. Forgot about meditation until about 15 mins ago. So just after 2 am. But it qualifies as today"s yesterday.
