I used to have a lot of problems with dandruff/flakes. Used to wash my hair 2x times, tried many different shampoos, and always had dandruff, redness, itchiness, it even got so bad that after ~4-5 days i could run my nails through my scalp and it felt like i could scrape off paste thats made off dandruff. Switched to washing my hair only 1x time and doing it properly (like i learned on this channel), switched to a moisturizing shampoo, after a while my scalp "healed" itself, no longer have that many issues, sometimes a bit of itching, but nothing else, and only start feeling like i need to wash my hair after about 4-5 days, can easily last a week

For me personally, as soon as I stopped consuming gluten, all scalp issues and itchines went away. No special products needed. Might be worthy to check on your diet first if you suffer from these issues. 😉

I'm a bit confused here. My scalp and hair get oily 2 days after washing yet I still have dry flakes, and my hair feels so dry right after washing. Can using a conditioner on short/medium length hair cause this? Usually I can't condition my hair without getting some conditioner on my scalp. I'm early in my hair growth journey so still experimenting.

I tried using T Gel for sub derm but found it extremely harsh on my hair and saw significant quality degradation after just a few uses so I stopped using it. I would like to try the product you recommended but I can’t really afford $50 shampoo. So now I’m looking into something called Dermoia which seems to have good reviews so I’m gonna give that a shot.

I think working outside in the UK with a wooly hat on/off all day causes my minor dry scalp, possibly a heat thing as it sometimes feels itchy when I get warmer. I use facial scrubs as the cold weather hammers/batters my skin, maybe a hair scrub product as mentioned is worth thinking about once in a while. Great Vlog, thank you Trav 😀🙌

Hey Trav! I need your help picking a styling product, preferably a lightweight styling spray. Lately I'm struggling with my hair falling onto my face, it just won't stay back the way I prefer, especially after washing my hair. I keep touching my hair every 5 minutes to keep it back. My hair is 10 cm below my collarbone and I like to have it behind my ear on one side and a have the other side be normal and have more volume, like how you have your hair sometimes.

Usually it has worked air drying it while it being slicked back (I know I should be using a hair drying on a low heat setting) I've changed climate from Norway to Mexico for the past 2 months.

Thanks a lot!

i will say what helped me and this is mostly diet +-kortikosteroids. The reason was i was eating food poor in fats so i changed diet+ started apply corticosteroids on problem zone which definitely helped me but not as much as diet (10 days of curation and 1 per week or less after), because i had dry flakes in small amounts after washing hair in 3 next monthes after end of 10 days of curation. Cause might be also a not using enzymatic peelings per week or rarer before washing hair also ACV in too high concentration (i did use acv on scalp to solve this problem of course dilluted and it didnt much help me too) on hair scalp can cause that problem. Too much curation like oiling can cause that problem too. Just change diet, really

I had a question about hair ties versus hair clips? Is one better than the other for your hair? What are the best ways to use hair clips for styling or just to put your hair up and put of the way?

Do you think it could be mainly caused from blowdrying? I know you mentioned it but since i blow dry every day with hot air close to the hair to make it straight, do you think this could be the issue?

Hello. Thanks for all this. I got a question, I feel like my hair got better after I used this heat brush. It made it straighter and smoother compared to it being kinda frizzy and having ugly waves. I don’t want to have to use a heat tool every time in order to avoid frizzy, dry waved, over volumized hair. Can you please give me some information on how I can shoe my type of hair after the shower? I got from type 2-3 hair and it seems to be more Dryer. It’s high density and medium thickness. It seems to be low porosity sometimes and high porosity sometimes. I enjoy the more straighter styles as they’re easier to manage and look more clean. Please give some tips
