Hey guys, please make sure you check with your doctor. I thought I had dandruff and actually mentioned it to my hairdresser one session. She told me I didn't have dandruff but a dry scalp (pregnancy hormones really changed my skin type). No wonder head and shoulders was not working.

All my curly hair people or it might work on different hair types, but it’s different for everyone. Use apple sider vinegar shampoos and conditioner. It’s good for buildup.

Tea tree oil massaged into scalp immediately at end shower of shower followed by distilled water rinse is what has helped my irritated scalp the most. All these other shampoos just exacerbated scalp irritation 🔥

Oh wow! I didn’t realize how good these were! I’ve tried all three! And for me nizoral works best! But it’s different for everybody! ❤️Thank you so much!

Nizoral is the only product that works
Wash hair with normal shampoo then dry with washcloth. Rub in a pea size amount of Nizoral and leave on for 10-15 minutes being careful not to get in eyes. It’s expensive but if you do it this way it works and costs less. 👍

Treat the condition from the insides of the body omega 3 fish oil is a good start, vitamin c plus zinc, D3 even castor oil is beneficial. Flaxseed oil
Avoid foods that can cause dryness in the body like wheat, or gluten.

The real trick is to eliminate carbs and alcohol using yeast or grains that’s the only thing that has worked for me 🤟🏽

Another dermatologist/YouTuber recommended Derma E Scalp Relief shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis. This and Nizoral work well for me.

Wow, thank you. I thought shampooing stripped the oil, which increases the oil production! 🙄😒

What are your thoughts on the dove one?

I use prescribed Ketoconazole 2% and it helped me stop the flaking and itching. I have not gone to the clinic for a few months and started using reg shampoo 🧴. It came back and now it’s chronic. I will wash my hair everyday and I will purchase T/SAL & T/GEL along with tea tree oil cleanser shampoo. Daily and go back with my doctor so she can prescribe the 2%Ketoconazole again and use it twice a week as directed by her. I will do this for at least 10 weeks to see if this works for me.
I have been suffering from this problem since 2015 and it gets worse every year 😢
