AMD GPU Bios Flash

In this video I will be flashing the bios on a Vega 56 to a Vega 64. In the current market getting any GPU is difficult, so I am happy that I was able to pick this one up.

Note: flashing your GPU could potentially damage it if done wrong.....even if done correctly there could be issues.

I was having trouble with the older atiflash version getting an error at launch no matter if I opened it as Administrator or not.
Turns out that since I'm on Win 11 I had to run it in compatibility mode for Win 8 (10 might work too). Worked fine after that!

I bought a xfx rx 580 black wolf 8gb, after removing my rx 570 and installing this new rx 580 my pc is showing as if i have an rx 570 not a rx 580? I reinstalled my drivers using DDU, installed rx 580 drivers and it still showed me it as a rx 570, I will try flashing now and If that does not work I'm not sure what could it be

Did exactly the same as you in this video including installing into same location and naming scheme and when I run bat file it says " Can not find specified location "

My Radeon R7 250 2GB D5 works after re plugging it (not using it for a long time), but on the 2nd boot, after a couple of minutes using it, it suddenly thermal throttles, or fan is at 100%. Would you suggest flashing the BIOS? I've tried changing the thermal paste, but still no use. It was working totally fine for about 2 years.

I can't find the bios "AMD Athlon(TM) Vega 3 Graphics (AMD Athlon 3000G)". Is it not on the VGA Bios Collection?

Hi I downloaded the latest AMD VBFlash / ATI ATIFlash but there are not that many files like yours so cant I fash my bios with older AMD VBFlash / ATI ATIFlash like yours

so i have a 570 i ended up buying that shows a display but no matter what i do i cannot update drivers. and if i try to play a game without them pc crashes. is this what i need to do to the card to see if it can work again?
