Conversation Hack: Ask 3 Follow-up Questions

Here's a simple yet powerful conversation hack you can try when you're talking to someone you care about.

Whenever you sense a strong emotion in someone's communication, it's a cue that there's something deeper in their words that they're feeling.

That's your cue to ask 3 follow-up questions. Not only does this tactic make you a better listener (because you're listening out for the emotion), it also helps you connect deeper with those around you!

I focused my whole career trying to be better technically thinking that I will be fine with it even without having the social skills needed.
