Cool video depicting people I've never even heard of but "10 most dangerous" is pretty subjective. Considering the person who put this list together has neither met these individuals or worked in any type of prison, I would only say the video is for entertainment purposes only. As for "Lil Pedro, " Brazil may want to remedy their incarceration practices if one person can kill 40 some inmates while incarcerated. I hear they have this thing called "segregation, cell alone."
