When someone is telling you not to search something traumatizing, or disturbing, it's best to avoid such searches, instead of immediately searching those things up only to regret it after.

I've watched traumatising TV programmes most of my life and searched so many traumatising things since i found the Internet decades ago, many helped me see the signs of danger/ illness/ understand of things in real life and avoid some really bad situations, other times it influences me negatively and I regret the behaviours I learned. There's a lot of anger sadness and anxiety in this short life, which can be really hard but most of the time living can be bareable if you find good things to appreciate too.

I googled the first one. I regret that so so so much. I am being absolutely truthful here, as a med student I thought I had seen the worst but I guess I was wrong. It was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFING seeing an actual human do such inhumane things. I definitely would not recommend googling any of these things.

For the last question, Facebook content moderators literally have that job (to filter out the messed up content millions of people post daily). It leaves them traumatized from all the fd up shi they have to see so they could ban them and impose appropriate actions against the user's account. Not a lot of people last long in this job, they quit real early.
