Understanding Yourself is no Rocket Science

As we all know Adolescent is a age where we go through identity crisis, anxiety, physical as well as emotional changes. But the key to go through this phase smoothly is understand yourself and make others understand you as well. In order to do so they must communicate. As teenagers face problem in communicating its the duty of their family and friends to help them and understand. So in order to do so parents and teenagers have to be patient, understanding and non- judgmental. My doors are always open for everyone.
