Sorry but Akenaten was Amenohtep IV not the III and his wife wasn't Queen Tye that was his mother lol. His wife was the beautiful Nefertiti. Like famous bust!! And Akenaten was a little dispoortionate, its said he had Marfan's syndrome, it was an artistic choice to be portrayed like he was. He was kind of pointing fun at himself.

Yep, when the huge waves swept through most of the statues were strewn about and damaged. Erosion is clearly caused by water - think "Grand Canyon" type erosion.

Egyptians never built the pyramids etc etc. The tallest building in the world, Burj kalifa wasnt built by the locals of UAE. Neither was it their idea of design and architecture. They may have helped though. So it doesn't mean because the building is in UAE, that the people of UAE built it. The building may be in UAE and belong to UAE, but it wasn't built by only the people of UAE..
