Sweet brioches: very fluffy and easy to prepare!

Here's an easy recipe to make amazing sweet brioche at home!INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) warm milk
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
100g (0.5 cup) brown sugar
60ml (0.3 cup) oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
750g (6 cups) flour
50g (0.2 cup) butter
 
For coating and sleeping brioches:
1 egg yolk + 15ml (1 tbsp) of milk
20 g sesame seeds
 
METHOD

Pour warm milk into a deep bowl, then add sugar and yeast, stir, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Then add oil, vinegar, salt, eggs, mix everything and gradually add flour. Knead a fine, sticky dough, then add the cubes of softened butter and knead with the dough. Leave the dough, covered, to stand, 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 9 balls of 170 grams each. Arrange the balls on a baking tray, which you have lined with baking paper. When you have arranged all the balls, cover them with a kitchen cloth and leave for 30 minutes.
Mix one egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk, coat the brioches and sprinkle with the sesame.
Bake at 180 degrees, 20 minutes.

I just made these and they were amazing. I substituted 1/2 cup of milk for pineapple juice and added a tsp of honey as well. I recommend using exact measurements in ml, and grams not cups the roll is super soft and they are huge lol

The ingredient list doesn’t mention 00 flour but the video does and it makes a huge difference. We used all purpose flour and it was really dense

1 tspn vinegar in video and saw 1 tbspn in description.. which one is right? I choose 1 tspn n tried n waiting for it to rise 😊 I missed adding salt part in video 😟🤞🤞 will try to add once it rises 🧐also mine is unbleached flour n felt it dry at the end n added another 1/2 cup of milk .. thanks for the recipe 😊

Update After baking :
It’s doughy after baking for even 35 mins n so big and I used same 6 cups flour in measuring cup (250ml size) .. n I see my dough more bigger than what’s shown in picture 😢😢😢 hope it turns edible baking for more time 🤞🤞🤞🤞 .. update baking for 40 mins and resting for 15 mins, as my rolls looked bigger n doughy inside
Finally it’s cooked .. n looked like mini loaves of bread.. 😍😍😍 n can be sliced n used for mini sandwiches too or can be eaten as it’s too .. finally happy me after hours of work n waiting time..

I just made these and really messed up !!!! I used US measurements. They looked beautiful - all 9 of them raw in middle. What did I do wrong, help please as I will not give up

It become too wet. I think the milk should be 400ml only

Followed the video recipe to the letter but the result was a runny dough, no amount of kneading could correct it. Ended up adding more flour to salvage the mix. Edible tasty but dense bread, but nothing like the video. I think the 2 cups / 500ml is too much liquid. Want to try again but not sure how to adjust liquid.
