I spent my entire childhood drawing warriors with swords. Now at 38 years old I'm a full time swordsmith and I've never been happier. I spent 17 years in the trades because I didnt think I could make money with my artistic side. I started making blades in 2012 as a hobby to have an escape from work. I never thought I could make a living doing this but my work kept selling and the commissions kept coming in. I quit the trades and became a fulltime swordsmith and never looked back!

School nearly killed the part of me that wanted to fly, one day I'm going to get my own jet just to fly on my own

I still feel victimised by the education system, I don’t think it helped me ever, it stunned me and disturbed my growth. I know there are people who feel like this out there. I am so traumatised and lost bc they’ve taken so much of my time and warped my self image. I just wanted to do want I thought was best, and I know it’d be better if I was left the chance.
