Episode 01 - Whole30 - Round 5

My wife Kristen, the kids and I set out for our Whole30 trip to Whole Foods, the only issue is we brought the kids. Love my kids but even shopping for groceries when there aren't aisles of toys like at Target is still difficult. This is my series of videos that will get into Whole30 and Orangetheory Fitness.
