The RTX 4060 is the strongest argument to buy AMD

The RTX 4060 initially looks like an "ok" card until you compare it to AMDs current cards experiencing aggressive price drops!

You should order them by how much they cost that way its easier to compare performance and then leave them in that spot!

I bought an Arc A750 LE for $210 a month-ish ago, not for gaming but for general use and streaming to use the AV1 hardware encoding/decoding eventually. I give Intel credit where due, for a first _real_ attempt at a discrete GPU the hardware is pretty good, especially in RT. And the drivers have definitely improved. Having 3 contenders in this category is fantastic, we need more of it.

I ended up buying a 6750xt earlier this year when my 780 died. I never expected it to stack up this well against the new Nvidia releases though.

As others have said, ordering them by price and having the position static would really be a great visual of how they stack up in a cost per performance way.

I think it would be easier to track a specific card's performance if they stay in place throughout the tests. I bought a 6700xt a year ago and it has been great!

I like the idea of leaving them all in the same spot, it would also allow for a simple animation showing the bars grow or shrink, a bit more fluid than just static images switching.

I like the idea of ordering by price and keeping that static

I like the idea of keeping the cards in the same spot on the charts. For me, it would make the chart progression much easier to follow as a viewer. Great review as always Jay. Appreciate your frank and real world views on things like this. Respect.

I like the idea of the names for the gpus staying static and the graphs moving, that way if we are just looking at maybe set cards in the list we can know where they land in each test might be a bit easier for a viewer but if not you can always change up the style at a later date. After all never hurts to try something new

AMD 6000 series is absolutely an amazing set of products now. The 6950XT if you can still get your hands on it is a card that will live another generation easily.

Love the video! I vote for leaving the cards in a set order, easier to quickly decipher where a card stands with each new benchmark

I vote for keeping the cards in the same slots and letting the data ranges vary

Edit: The problem with graphing by price is that prices fluctuate, which may invalidate the ranking of them in the first place.

Great review, I knew a year ago when everybody was going nuts about the 6800xt, that the 6700xt was going to be a standout. Also I would say keep the cards in the same spot in order of price.

Hilarious!
Earlier this year, I wanted to upgrade my 2060Super. The 4000 series seemed too expensive and too bulky for both my budget and my PC case!
Ended up splashing on a 6700XT. Fiddly to get it to perform as intended with Adrenaline, but once you find the sweet spot, what a little beast this GPU is!
Glad I took the correct decision back in March!

Thank you for putting the older 20 series on the graphs. Considering a lot of people have 20 or older series cards it really does show how much performance you gain with an upgrade. Also selling ones older card really needs to be put into perspective for some people, though im not sure how you could show that as a tuber. I sold my 2070 to buy a 4070 and that combined with the performance gain really did make the price worth spending. I do love seeing the intel cards work their way back onto everyone's charts.

cards staying in the same spot by price sounds like a really good idea. worth trying it once at least and pointing it out as you get to the charts just to make sure people know

This market for $300 cards is really interesting. I’m glad AMD is bringing cards out there with good performance for reasonable prices. I’ve been recommending my friends these AMD 6 series cards because of how good they are. They feel like the 10 series NVidia cards with good performance for reasonable price that will last a long time. I went from Vega 64—> 6900xt this holiday season cause the value ~$600 seemed good for me over 6950xt or 7xxx cards. Unless someone wants high end 4k performance there’s really no reason to buy NVidia

I feel like if you're gonna keep the cards in the same order for the charts you should have a number ranking next to each name as a quick reference. The best performer often stands out on the chart but the middle ones can get muddy depending how close they are.

Thanks for factoring in today's pricing, Jay! It's sometimes hard to follow these as far as "which one should we actually buy?" So that's helpful!
