Hello, dear colleagues!
I am Galin Gavrilov an Orthodontist from Sofia, Bulgaria.
In these unprecedented times for our profession, I ended up with some free time to share with you my 15 years of experience in Orthodontics.
I have decided to start a video series about orthodontic treatments, explaining how a well-thought treatment plan and its execution lead to good and stable results.
I am trying to popularize amongst dentists the idea that no matter what orthodontic background they have, one should dedicate time and effort to each case- for the sake of patients and also in order to not violate the principle-Primum Non Nocere; (from Latin: ‘’Must not harm’’).

People on here talk so much smack. I have been wearing aligners since the end of december and am no aligner 16/22. The difference in my teeth is huge, my bite has changed. I had ground my teeth so badly at night, i could only bite on my right side. Even getting the 1st pic to send off to Invisalign embarrassed me because i hated my teeth so much. When i am finished, i am going to get bonding on 2 front teeth and them whitened. If you can afford this, i strongly recommend.

Great results in 10 months. My ortho said 18 months. I have a similar overlapping front tooth also and have an incisor that needs to be moved. My bottom front teeth are very crooked. I’m 62 so it’s probably going to take longer for me.
