Massaging the scalp well helps stimulate growth. Nails will grow if you tap them on a hard surface. 100% olive oil (green kind) that’s organic helps with wrinkles but it should be started earlier than later. My Aunts are 80 and look 50.

This does work on your scalp to combat psoriasis, so it might actually help with the hair growth as well. If it makes the scalp healthier, it makes sense that it would strengthen the follicles. Just my opinion.

Heads up from someone with a good full beard. When it comes to oil measurements the only measurements are whatever your heart tells you (as long as your heart doesn't tell you anything over a few drops)
