The hell Ponderosa isn't missed. Me and others have mentioned it before on these videos. Was one of the best buffet places ever and I miss it everyday.

I miss several of these restaurants, so I find it bold you say they aren’t missed. Ponderosa, Bonanza, Howard Johnson’s, Burger Chef, and Chi-Chi’s are all classics. All-Star and Planet Hollywood are nostalgic with the items they displayed.

I still have several of the card games that came in burger chef kid's meals, including a couple still in the plastic wrap.

Never heard of Chi-Chi's, the Mexican chain I do remember (and don't miss) is The Red Onion.

We had a Red Barn in my hometown. Better burgers than McDonalds and I miss them all the time. Pondarosa was one of the best places to get a steak and all the fixings. Wish they where still around as well.

7:39 Not anymore. The ESPN Club at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort never reopened after the closures due to the pandemic and the space is becoming a bakery and restaurant called The Cake Bake Shop. Likewise, the ESPN Grill at the Wide World of Sports complex hasn’t reopened. If you’re a sports fan and want to watch it on TV at a bar at Disney World, your best bets are Big River Grille & Brewing Works at the Boardwalk or Rix Sports Bar and Grill at Coronado Springs Resort.

I loved Chi Chi’s! Amazing chimichangas. My old roommate and I went all the time.

Also, there was a Ponderosa in Rutland, VT, up until just a few years ago. My late husband and I would sometimes plan our weekend trips from CT around going to dinner there.

And I loved the Planet Hollywood in Orlando. I have a photo of me there admiring Christopher Plummer’s Captain von Trapp uniform from The Sound of Music.

I really do miss Ponderose, Bonanza, Chi-Chi's, and especially Burger Chef and Red Barn. Growing up there was a Red Barn close to us and at least a couple times, a month mom would get us Red Barn burgers.

Chicago had the misfortune of having Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe & an ESPN Zone restaurants.

All gone now. 😕

I haven't heard of most of thease restaurants. If I had then I forgot about them. I always wanted to go to Planet Hollywood as a kid. I am glad they are still around. Also I only went to The Rainforest Cafe once but would like to go back

Went to chi chi once. When I saw the workers adding powder to a trash can and added water to make the salsa.
I never went again
